Carl joined the company over 35 years ago! During his career, he has developed skills in Lean Manufacturing and Strategic Thinking â€" Prometheus Process, while guiding his team to achieve operational excellence. Each day he helps lead the "Team" to work together and exceed customer expectations. In his spare time, Carl enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, golf and fishing.
